Entertainment Music, Movies ....LOS ANGELES - According to studio estimates issued Sunday, "Troy" opened at No. 1, as expected, with weekend ticket sales of $45.6 million. However, Warner Bros.' $200 million adaptation of Homer's "The Iliad," starring Brad Pitt in a miniskirt as Achilles, fell short of the $50 million viewed informally in Hollywood as the passing grade for a summer popcorn movie.

Entertainment Music, Movies ....On its surface Breaking All the Rules is a minor, silly film. But like a catchy pop song, something about the games played between a group of young lovers in Los Angeles hooks you. Jamie Foxx, as magazine writer Quincy Parker, agrees to talk to physical therapist Nicky Callas (Gabrielle Union) to cushion her expected break-up with his best friend and co-worker, Evan (Morris Chestnut). However, Quincy and Nicky are immediately drawn together. He likes her Halle Berry haircut, she likes his player's nonchalance. They start out deceiving each other with male and female on-the-make strategies, but it's when they begin to talk about "honesty" that the movie hits a fascinating groove.
